Event sales management system
Kyrios recently completed an e-commerce website that not only sells tickets to conferences, but provides a complete event sales management system for the client through a bespoke content management system.
This allows the client to make instant updates to the live website:
- add and edit all information for their conferences
- add and edit the conference programme
- add and edit conference venues (including automatic links to online maps)
- add speakers for each event (including photos and biographies)
- add sponsors for each event (including logos)
- upload a PDF brochure for each event
- allow delegates to download the conference papers after the event
The management system also allows them to view and manage
- view and edit customer orders
- manage credit control
- view and edit delegates
- print delegate badges
- send automatic emails to clients
- view and download statistics
In addition all the on-screen reporting can be printed and/or exported to a spreadsheet/offline database.
