Get right with God'
the words though clear
I didn't understand.
'Get right with God'
You mustn't fear
In His love you can stand.
'Get right with God'
Well it has been a long and painful haul.
I've been to pits and darkest depths
With only One to call.
'Get right with God'
Have been the words
That helped to bring me through.
I've searched and prayed and now I see
God's love as if anew.
'Get right with God' I know that now,
That's all I want to be.
As only when we're right with God
Will His peace set us free.
