Cre8ivity
A creative God made us and we believe that he made us to be creative. In view of this we are encouraging people to express their God-given creativity in all areas of life, both in church activities and outside.
We are looking to develop creative ways to worship within the church, through expressions such as music, dance, mime etc. Some members have met as part of a Cre8ivity group to explore individual creativity. We will also be looking to express creative gifts within the community, for example exhibitions and performances arranged by the church.
In addition we would like to utilise the website for online exhibition of work or feature poetry on a rolling basis.
For more details, please contact Graham.
Cre8ivity Sessions
Every so often we run a Cre8ivity session where everyone is encouraged to explore what it means to be cre8ive people, learn some cre8ive tools, and to explore their own cre8ivity. These are fun sessions for adults and children alike and very much emhpasises a broad definition of cre8ivity rather than one that is restricted to the visual arts. Past sessions have encourged cre8ive writing, thinking, and music writing, as well as mark-making.
